  After successfully completing a course of study at NСAcademy, you will be able to take the examination and receive a national diploma from the umbrella organisation GS1.

Candidates who meet the following criteria are eligible to sit the examination:

• a) holds a federal certificate of competence, another secondary II level qualification or an equivalent qualification and can demonstrate at least three years of professional experience in one of the logistics fields (procurement, production, storage, distribution or disposal) since obtaining this qualification

or

• b) holds a federal vocational training certificate or equivalent qualification and can demonstrate at least five years of professional experience in one of the logistics fields referred to in point a) since obtaining this qualification

or

• c) has at least eight years' professional experience in one of the logistics fields referred to in point (a)

or

• d) holds a federal certificate in one of the logistics fields referred to in point a).

• Basic knowledge of logistics processes: Written 60 minutes
• Implementation of logistics processes: Written 30 minutes
• Supply chain management and problem solving: Written 90 minutes
• Employee and project management: 30-minute oral examination
• Understanding of logistics processes, and convincing presentation and communication: Oral 30 minutes (excluding preparation)

Logistics specialists with federal certification:

ensure the implementation of strategic guidelines in their area of activity;

plan and manage the operational provision of logistics services
supply, production, storage, distribution and disposal;

ensure quality, environmental protection, energy efficiency and
workplace safety in logistics processes;

manage and maintain digital data on ICT systems and applications;

use ICT systems and peripherals to control the flow of data in
logistics processes and organise the maintenance of peripherals;

assess the profitability of logistics processes and projects;

develop measures to optimise and improve logistics processes;

independently plan and manage simple projects carried out in stages and
manage sub-projects or work packages specified within the framework of projects
complexes;

plan the deployment of staff and resources within their area of activity;

lead relatively small teams and support employees in their development.
