Le mentorat repose en général sur des rendez-vous réguliers avec un formateur, des révisions ciblées et un travail guidé sur les points importants du programme. Le format précis est adapté au profil, au niveau et aux besoins de chaque participant.
La durée d’un mentorat efficace dépend de votre niveau de départ, du temps dont vous disposez chaque semaine et de vos objectifs. L’accompagnement permet surtout de structurer votre travail sur la durée et de garder un rythme régulier jusqu’à l’examen.
Oui, le mentorat peut techniquement être suivi en parallèle de cours dans une école, mais ce n’est généralement pas le plus pertinent. Le programme est conçu comme une formation complète, qui fonctionne comme une école en ligne (structure de cours, suivi, accompagnement individualisé) et a plutôt vocation à remplacer une école classique qu’à venir simplement s’y ajouter.
