Salary depends mainly on the role held, experience, responsibilities, the canton, the sector and the size of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nevertheless, the various salary surveys and available data do allow us to identify certain orders of magnitude. For roles such as Logistics Specialist or Team Leader, salaries are frequently around <strong>CHF 75,000 to CHF 90,000 gross per year<\/strong>. They should be regarded as <strong>guidelines<\/strong>, and not as official guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is the salary for a logistics specialist?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a role as a Logistics Specialist without significant departmental responsibility, various sources frequently indicate that the salary is around <strong>CHF 75,000 to CHF 85,000 gross per year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on experience, the company and the role, the salary may then rise to CHF 90,000 or more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simulations based on <strong>Salarium<\/strong>, the Federal Statistical Office\u2019s statistical calculator, also shows that those with higher vocational qualifications can achieve higher levels of pay than comparable individuals with only basic vocational training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, it is important to remain cautious: Salarium produces an estimate based on specific parameters. It is therefore not a guaranteed salary for a Brevet holder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is the salary for a logistics team leader?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Team Leader is generally responsible for the day-to-day coordination of several staff members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Their responsibilities may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the division of tasks; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>monitoring deadlines; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>safety; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quality; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>priority management; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the resolution of operational problems; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>monitoring the team\u2019s performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The available studies place this type of function within an approximate range of <strong>CHF 70,000 to CHF 85,000 per year<\/strong>, with variations depending on the sector, the size of the team and experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is the salary for a warehouse manager?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Warehouse Manager generally oversees a wider area of responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He may be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>stock levels; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inventories; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>teams; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>safety; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>equipment; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>performance indicators; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>costs; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>of the site\u2019s overall structure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The various sources consulted put this figure at between approximately <strong>CHF 75,000 and CHF 120,000 gross per annum<\/strong>, with a mid-range figure of around CHF 95,000 for certain roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is the salary for a Logistics Manager?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The role of Logistics Manager generally involves overseeing a department or a significant area of logistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to data from <strong>jobs.ch<\/strong>, the average annual salary in Switzerland is around <strong>CHF 91,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some salary surveys, particularly those focusing on managerial roles in large companies, show figures that can exceed CHF 100,000 and rise even further for senior positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, the exact function remains the decisive factor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A logistics manager in an SME does not necessarily manage the same budget, the same number of staff or the same geographical area as a logistics manager working for a multinational.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is the pay gap between a CFC and a higher vocational qualification?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An example based on Salarium illustrates the potential difference between two qualification levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the simulation published by Ausbildung-Weiterbildung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A person with initial vocational training earns an estimated median salary of approximately <strong>CHF 5,677 per month<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For those with higher vocational qualifications, the estimate is around <strong>CHF 6,665 per month<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The difference is therefore close to <strong>CHF 988 per month<\/strong>, which amounts to nearly CHF 11,856 per year in this example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This comparison should, however, be interpreted with caution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It does not mean that a person automatically receives an additional CHF 988 as soon as they obtain their Federal Certificate.
