With this training programme, you will have the opportunity to obtain two Federal Certificates in two years (in Team Management and Technical Business Management Specialist).

Objective

Skills acquired:

  • Dual technical and management expertise: Mastery of technical skills specific to your field and acquisition of in-depth knowledge in business management (finance, marketing, HR).
  • Leadership and project management: Developing skills in team leadership, project management, planning, organising and supervising initiatives.
  • Strategic vision and customer focus: Acquisition of a strategic perspective, market analysis skills, and customer focus to contribute to performance and customer satisfaction.
Prerequisites

For admission to the programme:

  • CFC (or equivalent school leaving certificate/A-levels/etc.) + 3 years' experience in the technical/craft field.

or

  • Federal Professional Certificate (AFP) or equivalent + 5 years' experience in the technical-craft field.
Examination
  • The Federal Certificate of Competence as a Technical Business Management Specialist (SGET) is obtained by successfully passing the professional examination scheduled for August and October each year.
Certification

Certification – diploma – ANAVANT
Specialist in technical business management with Federal Certificate.
After successfully completing a course of study in your chosen specialisation at NСAcademy, you will be able to take the exam and receive a national diploma from the Swiss Association of Technical Executives ANAVANT - Specialist in Technical Business Management with Federal Certificate.

Management
After completing your course, you will not only have updated your knowledge, but you will also be able to obtain the ASFC certificate in Management in addition to your diploma.

Professional ice hockey player Michael Ngoy began his sporting career in 2001 with the Lausanne Hockey Club. After four seasons with the Vaud-based club, he joined Fribourg Gottéron in 2005 and then, in 2016, moved to the Ticino club Ambri Piotta. He has now played more than 1,000 professional matches. Keen to manage his post-sporting career as effectively as possible, Michael Ngoy enrolled at the University of Lausanne in 2003, where he studied psychology. However, the difficulties of balancing his sporting career with his studies soon forced him to put his studies on hold. In 2014, he began studying for a federal certificate in technical management. With the help of the training centre's managers, he managed to set up an innovative formula that allowed him to take some of his courses remotely. Thanks to this unique arrangement, he obtained his diploma in 2017 and, building on this experience, created Ngoy Connected Academy two years later. The distance learning centre meets the need to balance a main activity (job, sporting career, etc.) with a professional career.

With a Master's degree in business economics, a secondary school teaching qualification and a federal diploma in training management, Stéphane devoted himself to teaching in the professional sphere before taking over as director of the Centre de Perfectionnement Interprofessionnel in the canton of Fribourg in 2003, a position he held until 2017. In 2016, he founded Hibernatus, where he is currently responsible for development, and continues his career as a trainer, popularising finance and economics.

The preparation is 100% remote. It combines theoretical video lessons and interactive exercises, with real-time monitoring on a platform. You also benefit from individual live sessions (private lessons) for further improvement.
No. NCAcademy is an official training centre and partner of ANAVANT, which provides comprehensive preparation for the examination. The official federal examination (held in August and October) is organised by the Swiss Association of Technical Executives, ANAVANT.
This is an accelerated dual programme. By taking this SGET course, NCAcademy offers you the opportunity to prepare for a second Federal Certificate (in Team Management) at the same time, over a total period of two years. You will then benefit from a 50% discount on the cost of the courses for this second certificate.
Yes. In addition to preparing you for the SGET Federal Certificate, the NCAcademy training programme is designed to enable you to obtain the Leadership Certificate issued by the ASFC (Swiss Association for Executive Training), which separately validates your management skills.
