She seeks out the best in everyone so that they can (re)discover their strengths and draw on their resources to achieve their goals. Today, she supports Agents of Change (leaders, entrepreneurs, executives and future leaders/executives) and their teams in overcoming challenges in complex contexts (taking on a new position, team reboot, «relationship trench warfare», etc.). Stéphanie Haenni is active as an adult trainer, business mentor, mediator, equicoach and expert in the training programme for the federal certificate in team leadership.

Anne Gueissaz holds a law degree and is a legal advisor specialising in labour law, international social insurance and expatriation. She also acts as a trusted advisor in companies and lectures on the federal certificate programme for human resources specialists and the federal certificate programme for personnel management assistants. She also acts as an expert examiner for the federal certificate and federal diploma examinations. After many years as a legal advisor for a fiduciary company and then for various departments of the FDFA, she founded the legal consulting firm VSL Consulting Sàrl.

After obtaining his federal certificate in social insurance and his federal certificate in human resources, and working for more than ten years in corporate HR departments, he founded P-File Services Sàrl in 2015, a company providing services to SMEs and individuals. In addition, he lectures on social insurance and payroll modules as part of the HR Manager, HR certificate and accounting and fiduciary certificate programmes. He is a federal expert for HRSE and examen.ch.

An independent trainer specialising in fields such as marketing and business management in the broadest sense, he has been teaching in higher education establishments and training institutes in French-speaking Switzerland for over twenty years. He completed his studies in economics with a federal certificate in marketing and then a DAS in education. These qualifications, combined with his experience as a project manager and sales manager, reinforce his teaching based on current practices.

I hold a Master's degree in Philosophy from the University of Fribourg (ethics and political philosophy, metaphysics and ancient philosophy, religious studies) as well as a teaching qualification for secondary level II (DAES II – Collège St-Croix, Collège St-Michel in Fribourg). I am a certified philosophy teacher for the Matriculation Examination. A native of Ticino, bilingual in Italian and French, married and mother of two children, I completed my education with a four-year postgraduate course in Milan at the Philo school, focusing on the links between philosophy, psychoanalysis and psychology, with a final thesis on bulimia nervosa. At the same time, I taught for seven years at EIKON, a vocational school for applied arts, as part of the artistic matriculation programme, in the «Information and Communication» branch, while also being the cantonal representative for this branch and for compensatory measures for students. With expertise in the therapy of eating disorders, I see patients in my private practice and share my practice through podcasts broadcast on Radio Fribourg, on my Spotify channels and through my writing. My vocation is to bring together philosophy, psychology and pedagogy in order to grasp their specific characteristics while articulating them in an interdisciplinary and complementary manner. They offer different but converging perspectives for thinking about the human being as a whole.

A former professional hockey player, I have been teaching English for several years, both to adults and children. At the same time, I am pursuing a degree in psychology. This unusual background allows me to support my students with kindness and to advocate a human and personalised approach, where everyone progresses at their own pace. Guided by passion and a spirit of achievement, I am fully committed to my students« success, making each lesson lively, accessible and meaningful, with that little »extra" that makes all the difference.

As a doctor of neuroscience, my career has been built at the crossroads of cutting-edge academic research, scientific innovation and the pharmaceutical industry. My guiding principle is to generate and then transform complex data into simple explanations in the field of biomedical sciences. During my academic career, between my PhD at the University of Lausanne and my postdoctoral studies in the United States, I deepened my knowledge of neuroscience, contributed to the advancement of the field through my publications, and trained students and laboratory technicians. In the pharmaceutical industry, as a medical advisor, I collaborated in a multidisciplinary manner with various internal departments, while coordinating clinical studies and presenting new data to the medical and scientific community, always balancing scientific rigour with concrete impact. Today, wishing to awaken scientific curiosity, stimulate critical thinking and inspire the next generation, I pass on my experience and knowledge of natural sciences to students.

Frédéric has been a trainer for over 15 years in production-related fields such as supply chain management, lean manufacturing, inventory management, planning and scheduling. After 20 years with Liebherr Machines Bulle SA, Frédéric became self-employed and set up his own company, Frédéric Steinmann Formation & Coaching, in 2018. Today, he divides his time between corporate assignments, with the main objective of improving his clients' productivity, and teaching at numerous training institutes and higher education establishments. This dual role allows him to connect theory and practice, incorporating concrete examples from the field into his training courses. He is also interested in new management methods related to Industry 4.0, which he is keen to pass on to his participants.
