This certificate provides you with a solid foundation in business management (strategy, accounting, marketing, law) and practical tools for people management and project management — which you can apply directly in your day-to-day work.
This training course is open to everyone. No formal qualifications are required — whether you are already in a managerial role, working towards a managerial role, or changing career. Practical experience in team management is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
The candidate must pass the 3 official CBSA modules :
Unlike the Leadership Certificate, the assessments for the Management Certificate are mainly written and relate to case studies enabling candidates to apply management concepts to real-world professional situations. Candidates are required to analyse a problem, propose solutions and justify their management decisions.
Our programme effectively prepares you for the official exams for the three ASFC modules. Once you have passed them, you will be awarded the ASFC Management Certificate, a qualification recognised throughout Switzerland.
Examination fees vary depending on the assessment in question (modules or final examination). For details of the specific costs for the Leadership modules, please visit the AFSC website via the links provided.
